We are a small team with a passion for delivering unique and contemporary interiors.

With a collective experience in New Homes Marketing and Sales, Interior Design Specification and Property Styling, we can deliver show homes which ooze elegance and style.

Olivia is our Creative Director and oversees the show home design from initial concept through to the final stages of property styling.

Olivia has delivered many show homes over the years and has a great eye for the latest trends along with combining materials to create elegant interiors.

Karen is our Designer and works closely with Olivia to develop interior designs to suit our clients needs, their budget, and the type of buyer demographic.

Karen prepares mood boards for client approval, procures the furniture and organises the installation and styling of the show home.

Ian is our Founder and has seen many show homes in over 20 years in the New Homes industry.

Ian understands how to sell a property through interior dressing and has been instrumental in developers achieving over asking price on their listings.

Following many successful years growing The New Homes Consultancy business, we found potential in offering a show home design and installation service to our clients. Having spent many hours seeing show homes being dressed and listening to feedback from buyers on how properties are presented gave us a great foundation to create and develop NHC Design.

About

Launched in 2023, we strive to help small and medium sized developers showcase their developments' potential to prospective buyers.

Our team will design and install a show home in line with the interior architecture, external surroundings and the targeted demographic. We are passionate about creating show homes that create an emotional connection between the buyer and the property, increasing the likelihood of a successful sale.

Our Process

We recognise show homes are the ultimate sales tool in buying a property. They need to photograph well, show the property off to it's full potential and enable the buyer to visualise themselves living there. We will go through the following steps with you to acheive this.

Research

The creative process will start by establishing the target market for the development, any architectural features which may inform the design, and timelines for installation.

Vision

Once a budget has been agreed we will create a mood board for client approval.

Sourcing

Once approved, we will then source all the furniture and accessories and work towards an agreed installation date.

Delivery

Once sourced, we will arrange for the furniture and accessories to be delivered and stored if neccessary.

Installation

On the agreed installation date we will assemble the furniture, hang window dressings and style the property ready for potential buyers to view.

We styled and dressed various two bedroom apartments in this development, situated on a quiet residential street in South Ealing.

FIFTY ONE

We designed and dressed a two bedroom apartment in the former Safari Cinema in Harrow.

DOMINION APARTMENTS

We styled and dressed a five bedroom house and three, two bedroom flats in this development in Acton.

THE ROSEMONT

We designed and dressed various two bedroom flats in this period conversion in Tooting.

LYVEDEN APARTMENTS

We styled and dressed this four bedroom house for a private client in Fulham.

DISBROWE ROAD

We designed and dressed this four bedroom house in Purley which sold immediately.

WILDFLOWER PLACE

We designed, procured and dressed a one and two bedroom flat at this development in Uxbridge.

PARAMOUNT HOUSE

We designed, procured and dressed this two bedroom flat in St Albans ready for an open day the following day.

BALLROOM APARTMENTS

Using furniture the client purchased from a previous show home, we dressed this two bedroom flat ready to go onto the open market.
